State Police arrested three people Tuesday for refusing to leave the Legislative Office Building as it was being closed for the day, according to the New Hampshire Department of Safety.
Sarah Chapman, 44, of Nottingham, Juliana Good, 25, of Newmarket, and Lisa Beaudoin, 54, of Concord, were each charged with disorderly conduct and released on personal recognizance , the department said in a statement.
They are next due in Concord District Court on Aug. 8.
At 4:30 p.m., State Police responded to assist the building’s security team, who encountered three people in a committee room, who refused to leave after attending an earlier meeting, officials said.
State troopers gave repeated warnings before making the arrests without incident, according to the statement.
